Digital Learning Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Learning & Development team.

The role of Digital Learning Advisor requires someone who is creative and collaborative, with a talent for building innovative digital and blended learning solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Creating digital solutions; which supports the development of our colleagues at Handelsbanken. You will have experience using a range of authoring tools and design software (such as Canva and Articulate) to develop digital learning content including eLearning modules, videos, infographics, interactive PDF’s and micro-learning.
• Effectively partner with subject matter experts, helping transform their content into interactive and engaging solutions that are tailored to the audience.
• Support the Digital Learning Technologist with the maintenance and enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content, play list, curricula and page management - identifying ways to continually improve accessibility and the learner experience.
• You will be responsible for general L&D administration activities, including scheduling training, providing evaluation data and assisting L&D Business Partners with the logistics and planning of learning programmes where required. You’ll also monitor and manage incoming queries into the team mailbox.
• Work on a variety of projects, as directed by the Digital Learning Technologist and UK L&D Manager ensuring they are delivered on time and to agreed stakeholder expectations. This will also include supporting the Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead with any digital requirements.
• Operate in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to your line manager.

• Experience designing digital learning content using digital content authoring/design tools
• Knowledge and practical experience of using instructional design models e.g. ADDIE, SAM
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital learning
• Beginner level coding skills (HTML & CSS) is desirable
• Creative and innovative in approach to learning design
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of basic visual design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure, whilst retaining attention to detail
  
  

We are open to the successful applicant being based in our Manchester or London head office.
