We are looking for a Building Surveyor who has experience in

• Dilapidations


• Refurbishments


• HVAC inspections


• Asbestos management

This is a client side role working for a well known commercial property specialist.

We’re keen to see applications from candidates with a technical background, ideally from a consultancy background within the industry. For those candidates in the APC process, full APC support will be provided.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 plus bonus.
