Shirley Parsons is delighted to be working with a leading Facilities Management organisation seeking a Quality Auditor based in the Midlands, London, or Southern regions ideally. This home-based role involves managing your own diary and conducting internal audits fortnightly.

Details:

• 
  Salary: £45,000 plus a company car or car allowance (negotiable for the right candidate)


• 
  Requirements: 2+ years' experience auditing ISO 9001 in FM, services, or construction sectors, with broad expertise in Quality Standards and Management Systems.

Quality Auditor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting audits of Corporate Policies & Procedures documentation and document all positive and negative information discovered.


• To ensure each operating unit / function operates within the policies, procedures and regulation.


• Establish, maintain and improve the operation of an efficient and compliant management systems framework and to ensure the framework is in place and managed.


• Actively participate with the compliance management team, sharing knowledge, best practice and work towards a standardised approach.


• Prepare electronic reports of the results of the audits and present the results to management, making recommendations as to what must be done to become compliant


• Provide Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational report on all activities.

Quality Auditor Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions.


• Experience with the implementation and management of integrated management systems.jes


• Evidence of practical audit/inspection experience


• Good all round communication skills with employees, directors and clients.


• Able to apply Quality knowledge in a way that delivers practical operational solutions.
