We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Development Chef to join our team and help shape standout menus for leading hospitality brands across the UK.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, client-facing chef with a passion for development and a knack for turning ideas into fully costed, operationally sound dishes.
What You’ll Do
• Bring creative concepts to life through recipe development and kitchen testing
• Work directly with clients – from brief to presentation and training
• Lead development sessions, tastings, and team workshops
• Ensure dishes are costed, scalable, and kitchen-ready
• Travel to client sites across the UK (and occasionally internationally)
What You Bring
• Experience as a Development Chef, ideally across QSR, casual dining, pubs or restaurants
• Strong culinary background with a precise and practical approach
• Confidence in client settings – from pitching ideas to leading cook-ups
• Flexibility, curiosity, and a love of all things food
• The right to work in the UK and ability to travel
