We are a long established small building surveying and property consultancy in Sutton, Surrey. We have relationships with property developers, managing agents, freeholders and local authorities so have a diverse client base.
Role Description
This is a full-time office role for a Senior Building Surveyor, located in Sutton. You will be responsible for conducting Building Surveys, producing Defect Reports, writing Specifications of Work, performing Condition Surveys, and preparing Feasibility Studies. Additionally, the role will involve managing contracts on site, dilapidations, and ensuring that all surveying activities comply with relevant standards that our clients expect.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Surveying and Contract Administration
- Experience in Defect Analysis, conducting Feasibility Studies / Budget Costs
- Experience in Party Wall Matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant professional qualifications such as MRICS or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Driving Licence
