Are you a hands-on Programme Manager with the drive to lead a brand through transformation? A much-loved British business is evolving and this is your chance to help shape the journey.

Following a strategic reset and a refreshed leadership team, the business is now entering a critical phase of revitalisation. With strong brand recognition and a collaborative culture, they’re ready to pick up the pace and they need a Programme Manager who can turn ambition into delivery.

The programme

You’ll take the lead on a time-critical transformation programme made up of eight interconnected projects, designed to enhance brand desirability and commercial performance. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll bring the structure, tools, and mindset needed to deliver tangible outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

  • Solid understanding of brand dynamics and consumer-facing environments

  • Demonstrable success in delivering e-commerce and digital projects

  • Proficiency in Prince2 methodology and applying it practically in low-maturity PM settings

  • Ability to build from scratch—tools, timelines, governance, and reporting

  • Exceptional organisational and clear communication skills

  • Confident stakeholder engagement; able to move at pace without losing your audience

  • Strong execution mindset—this role needs a doer, not a theorist

Personality & Culture Fit

  • Engaging and collaborative – you’ll win people over by working with them

  • Detail-oriented – nothing slips through the cracks under your watch

  • Hands-on – sleeves rolled up, leading from the front

  • Self-starter – you spot the gaps and get on with it
