About The Company:

This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performance creative agency that produces best-in-class ad content for some of the most iconic direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands in the world.

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll take full ownership of ideating, scripting, and optimising paid social ad creatives that drive measurable performance.

Working with 8- and 9-figure DTC brands, this role is about more than just writing briefs, it’s about crafting scalable ad concepts rooted in audience psychology, testing methodology, and real-time performance data.

You’ll collaborate with media buyers, growth marketers, and editors to produce campaigns that don’t just look good; they sell.

This position is perfect for someone fluent in the language of UGC, creative performance metrics, and eCom growth who’s ready to lead strategy and scale output in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and script high-performing direct-response paid social ads tailored for DTC eCommerce brands.

  • Lead creative strategy by analysing campaign performance data and iterating on winning angles and formats.

  • Work cross-functionally with media buyers to align creative output with broader growth strategies.

  • Leverage AI tools to scale concept development, scripting, and testing across multiple accounts.

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting ideas and performance insights with confidence and clarity.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a creative strategist in a performance marketing or DTC/eCommerce agency environment.

  • Deep understanding of ad creative psychology, performance testing frameworks, and data-led iteration.

  • Native-level English communication with excellent scripting, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects at speed without compromising quality.

  • Passionate about embracing new technologies, especially AI, to optimise creative workflows and performance.

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 DOE
