Position:Trainee Sales Manager

Job Type:Full time (Monday to Friday, optional Saturdays)

The Role

This is a fast-paced sales role where youll be representing well-known brands in-person. Youll start by learning how to approach, engage, and convert customers through direct interactions in various settings across Greater Manchester. As you build your confidence and hit performance goals, youll be offered leadership opportunities where you'll train and manage your own sales team.

Whether you're looking for a fresh start or your first step into sales, well provide hands-on coaching to help you succeed. What you earn and how far you go is entirely up to you.

What Youll Be Doing

• Sales:Speak directly with potential customers in face-to-face environments, present client offers, and close sales confidently.
• Progress into Leadership:Take on additional responsibilities like mentoring new starters and managing small teams once you consistently hit targets.
• Pipeline Growth:Proactively generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a steady flow of new business.
• Team Development:Once promoted, youll assist in coaching your team to success using strategies that worked for you.
