About The Role:


The Crowd are working with a global and highly desirable architecture and design practice that are looking for a Midweight Wayfinding Designer to join their growing team in London.


Working across sectors such as urban design, culture, aviation and branding on an international scale, you will be responsible for supporting a strong team of designers across large-scale wayfinding projects. You will work closely with the Senior Designer to assist in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, whilst completing complex yet exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signage and wayfinding and will have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Complete complex signage and wayfinding designs for large scale projects

  • Attend client meetings and present work at various stages from concept to completion

  • Assisting in the creation of digital design for social media and website

  • Create mock up designs for the team to review before presentation

  • Attend site meetings with contractors, designer and construction teams.

  • Consistently look to improve communication amongst the wider team

  • Contribute to the culture of the team


Key Skills/Requirements:



  • Strong design and organisation skills is a must

  • Knowledge of graphic design process for large scale wayfinding projects

  • Understanding of branding, print design and multi media platforms

  • Good communication and team working skills

  • Have a proactive attitude with a creative mind and ability to freely share ideas
