A day in the life of…


As a Room Attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is laundered and amenities are replenished. Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHHand ensuring that the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service is upheld. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.


What do we need from you?



  • Attention to detail: it’s essential that you have a keen eye for detail to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

  • Time management skills: in this busy role, must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.

  • Communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with other hotel staff and guests, including receiving and responding to guest requests and inquiries.

  • Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
