Your responsibilities will include promptly and accurately addressing all customer queries within agreed-upon timeframes, proactively managing and expediting outstanding orders, and coordinating with various internal departments to devise customer-centric solutions. Experience Requirements

• Able to provide exceptional customer service
• Order processing experience within industrial setting (preferred)
• Good communication skills
