Supply Teacher (Primary & SEND) – South Manchester Start Date: Immediately Pay: £120–£180 per day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)

The Role

As a Supply Teacher with Cover People, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum (and SEND specialisms where required).
  • Create a supportive, structured classroom environment to promote learning and positive behaviour.
  • Adapt quickly to new schools, year groups and teaching plans with confidence and creativity.
  • Collaborate with school staff to uphold the school’s vision, policies and safeguarding requirements.
  • Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in primary education; SEND experience highly desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
  • A passion for inclusion and commitment to supporting every pupil’s success.
  • Flexibility to cover across multiple settings in South Manchester.
