Role Description
We are seeking a full time Wheel Centre Administrator to join our team onsite in Warrington. You will efficiently handle customer repair requests, confirming pricing and payment methods, while ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaborating with the Wheel Centre Supervisor, you will help organise the workshop to maximise capacity and staff utilization. The role also involves following up on enquiries to convert them into jobs and actively prospecting to maintain and grow the Wheel Centre's workload. Building strong relationships with internal departments, trade businesses, and retail customers will be key to your success in this position.
Skills
- Knowledge of Drive invoicing processes
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- Experience in cash credit control management
- Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to a team environment
