Are you a talented and experienced Creative Project Manager with a passion for leading events and activations?  Are you able to work both leading a team and independently? We want to hear from you! We’re Evolve, a creative agency that delivers world-class activations, events, and pop-ups for some of the biggest names in hospitality, drinks, and beyond. From hotel takeovers to major festivals, our work is bold, vibrant, and always on point - and we’re looking for a Creative Project Manager who can help us keep it that way.  What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of brand activations, from kick-off calls to post-event wrap-ups


• Be the glue between creative, production, logistics, and our clients


• Lead multiple projects (and people!) with confidence, clarity, and good vibes


• Manage timelines, budgets, and suppliers like an absolute pro


• Keep everything on track, on-brand, and on time, even when juggling multiple moving parts


• Be a visible, positive force on-site, keeping things running smoothly while representing Evolve like a boss

 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid project management experience, ideally in activations, events, or creative production


• Gets a buzz from working across multiple projects and collaborating with different teams


• Can manage complex logistics and still find time to share a killer spreadsheet or two


• Is a brilliant communicator, both in the office and on-site


• Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in on installs, and make things happen


• Knows how to balance creative thinking with practical problem-solving


• Bonus points if you know your way around Monday.com and a prop cupboard
