Sales and Off Plan Property Consultant – Dubai based

With a focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, we support our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams – ensuring they have the insights, leads, and opportunities to succeed in their role.


There's great potential to thrive through consistency and determination. After excelling as a Sales or Off Plan Consultant, you may progress to a management position as you continue to grow your career.


Role requirements:



  • Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.

  • Conduct property market appraisals.

  • Take photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals.

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market.

  • Stay up to date with market insights and trends.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.


What you will need:



  • A strong background in sales and client-facing roles.

  • A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

  • A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
