Origination Director (Leveraged Finance OMB's) - #1661643

We are seeking a dynamic dealmaker with strong expertise in leveraged finance to join our client's Origination Team in Manchester. If you have experience in working with Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs), leveraging finance solutions, and collaborating with brokers to secure funding, this role is for you.

As part of the Origination Team, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with brokers, advisers, and business owners. Your main responsibility will be analysing financials to create tailored leveraged finance solutions for OMBs, helping them achieve their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, business advisers, and OMBs.


• Analyse financials and design customized leveraged funding solutions.


• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and brokers.


• Identify opportunities for leveraging finance and work closely with brokers to bring solutions to life.


• Manage the credit approval process and workflows efficiently.
