Hiring: Product Owner – Regulatory Data & Reporting

Manchester Area | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

£80–85k + up to 15% bonus + strong benefits package

I'm working with a prestigious financial services firm to help them hire a Senior Product Owner focused on regulatory data, compliance reporting, and live data feeds.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct influence on how the business engages with regulators and manages critical data.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the end-to-end management of regulatory reporting

Handling compliance-driven data requests alongside legal & policy teams

Driving process documentation and improving data quality

Leading an Agile squad – roadmaps, backlogs, and ceremonies

Collaborating with senior stakeholders & external regulators

What we’re looking for:

Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial services

Strong attention to detail with data feeds & ad-hoc reports (Any experience with visualisation tools or dashboards would be super useful, Like Qliksense, Tableau or PowerBI)

Confident with JIRA, Confluence & Agile best practices

Skilled at translating complex data requirements into product strategy

Excellent communicator – technical + non-technical stakeholders
