Architectural Technician – High-End Residential
Location: Manchester (Hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus package
Our client are an established Main Contracting based in Manchester, specialising in bespoke, high-end residential projects. Due to a growing portfolio of exciting new commissions, we are looking to expand their team with a talented Architectural Technician.
About the Role:
As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in delivering detailed technical packages for high-end residential projects, working closely with architects, consultants, and clients to bring unique and luxurious homes to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
- Ensure all technical information is accurate and compliant with current building regulations
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team, liaising with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Assist in project coordination through RIBA stages 4–6
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience desirable)
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A positive, collaborative attitude and passion for delivering quality design
