Customer Assistant - Foods - Early Mornings - Trafford Centre
Fixed Term Vacancy for a Customer Assistant on Foods.
Based at the Trafford Centre store (M17 8AB)
Contracted to 12.00 hours per week.
Standard Rate of Pay at £12.60 per hour.
Additional Unsocial Premium of £3.00 per hour (for any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00)
Working Pattern consisting of 2 Early Mornings and 1 Late Night.


Due to the nature and responsibilities of this role, all applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Successful applicants must be able to travel to the store independently as public transport will not be available at the start of early morning shifts or the end of late night shifts.


Working Pattern:
Monday 05:00-09:00
Tuesday 05:00-09:00
Saturday 19:00-23:00


Job Description:
Purpose


To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.


Key Accountabilities



  1. Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points

  2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product

  3. Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities

  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.

  5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services

  6. We'll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
