Job Description

The Debt Recovery Solicitor will be:

• Managing a caseload of technical debt recovery matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.


• Working closely with the property sales team and clients to give expert advice.


• Drafting legal documents, including claims, responses, and settlement agreements.


• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

The Debt Recovery Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with ideally 0-4 years' PQE and experience in debt recovery.


• Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, including the Civil Procedure Rules.


• Strong communication and client management skills.


• Proactive with a focus on continuous professional development.
