Are you passionate about project management and have a strong background in the Mechanical building services construction sector?

I'm looking for an experienced Project Manager to join my client's dynamic team.

Role Overview:

Effectively manage projects from receipt of client instructions to handover.

Ensure quotes and scopes of work align with contract documents and client requirements.

Prepare and regularly update programmes of work, highlighting long lead items.

Evolve post-contract health and safety files and oversee all health and safety aspects.

Follow insurer protocols, manage material orders, assign labour, and report on financials.

Raise valuations, applications for payment, invoices, and assist with debt control.

Request and manage CAI/variations, prepare scopes of work and costs.

Handle final accounts with the supply chain and clients, own projects and coordination.

Assist in developing company systems and procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and profit.

Review tenders, evolve solutions, and ensure deliverability.

Full knowledge of the Mechanical HVAC industry is essential; knowledge of parallel electrical systems is desirable.

Conduct site surveys, coordinate designs, and highlight risks and opportunities.

Attend various meetings to support project delivery and build client confidence.

Address client queries, obtain approvals, and assist in procurement and invoicing.

- Relevant building services degree/qualifications.

- Experience in the construction sector.

- Strong IT skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
