Your Mission
We're looking for a someone who shares our passion for sport and podcasts, and who’s ready to contribute to the exciting future of our business.
As our Platform Manager, you will ensure the smooth delivery and optimisation of advertising campaigns across Sport Social’s extensive network - from setup to post-campaign analysis – while ensuring data quality, IAB compliance, and accurate inventory forecasting. In addition, you will support the sales team by providing campaign insights and creating sales collateral to help engage clients effectively. As the first point of contact for programmatic suppliers, you will maintain key relationships, oversee integrations, and maximise campaign performance, driving growth across the network.
What You’ll Do
As our Platform Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage relationship with Megaphone
• Feedback platform improvement requirements to Megaphone
• Ensure Podcast inventory is correctly integrated into Megaphone
• Ensure Ad Category exclusions are correctly implemented including those of a temporary nature.
• Monitor and evaluate impression delivery
• Maximise campaign delivery across the network
• Produce Post Campaign Analysis for Sales and Advertisers
• Produce sales collateral to support sales enablement, including network insight
• Support and maintain the agreed sales process for the network
• Setup integrations with the network for programmatic suppliers
• First point of call for programmatic supplier relationships
• Ensure IAB Compliance across the network for campaign delivery.
• Inventory Forecasting
• Management, scheduling, reporting and billing of campaigns sold directly by Podcasters which are required to be dynamically inserted
Your Experience
Essential
• A love for sport
• Proven experience in campaign management, with a focus on delivering performance and meeting client objectives
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimisation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently
• Experience with inventory forecasting and managing data quality
• Proficiency in creating reports and sales collateral
• Tech savvy and confident working across multi platforms and systems
Desirable:
• Knowledge of IAB standards and compliance within digital advertising
• Understanding of the podcast platforms
• Understanding of digital advertising and programmatic platforms
• Commercial knowledge of the podcast market
