Our client, a leading organisation in their industry, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. If you are passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!


As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, offering support to various teams within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your organisational skills and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Key responsibilities include:




  • Managing and coordinating all facilities issues including dealing with contractors, tracking maintenance and logging issues


  • Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of meetings and appointments


  • Booking complex travel and accommodation


  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence to the department, redirecting as necessary


  • Maintaining accurate records and databases


  • Providing general administrative support to team members as required




  • To be successful in this role, you should possess:




  • Previous administration experience


  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and confidence to speak to a wide range of peopl


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment


  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
