About the role

Your role is to manage day to day office operations efficiently at a management level and provide support to our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will hold excellent organisation and outstanding communication skills. Some of the role responsibilities are:
     

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception duties and welcoming visitors, coordinating internal and external events on site
  • Facilities management of the office and acting as first response to any issues raised
  • Management of office administrators and office cleaners
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Management of the X1 car fleet
  • Maintain a clean and organised office at all times
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organising staff travel and hotels as and where required
  • Become central point for IT issues and liaising with external IT support to ensure issues are resolved
  • Support in the organisation of company wide staff events
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment inventory, and coordinate stock replenishment as needed
  • Management of projects as and when they arise, i.e. new office set ups, new team processes, etc
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations overseeing the implementation of any new processes 
  • Management of company assets


About you

You will most importantly be extremely organised,  a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication, have great attention to detail, and fantastic time management. You should have at least 5 years experience in an administrative office environment, ideally at management level. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Department – Administration
Location: Manchester Media City with occasional travel to Liverpool
Contract type – Permanent
Hours - 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with an early 4.30pm finish on Fridays
