FS Recruitment Services is recruiting a Security Service Engineer on behalf of our client in Manchester. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys diagnosing faults, solving technical problems and keeping customers’ security systems working at their best.

Alongside a basic salary of up to £38,000, you’ll benefit from overtime paid at time and a half, the choice to join the call-out rota and the opportunity to buy shares in the business.

You’ll service, maintain, fault-find and troubleshoot across:

• Intruder alarm systems

• Access control systems

• IP CCTV systems

You’ll identify and resolve faults, complete service reports accurately and provide a professional, helpful service to customers.

• At least three years’ experience servicing electronic security systems.

• Proven ability to service, fault-find and troubleshoot across intruder alarms, access control and IP CCTV.

• A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

• The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.

• A full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

• Basic salary up to £38,000, depending on experience.

• Overtime paid at time and a half.
