This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised media agency, taking the lead on Paid Search for a portfolio of household-name retail brands with multimillion-pound media budgets.

They're looking for an experienced PPC Director to drive strategy, lead a talented team and become a trusted senior partner to some seriously exciting clients.

With plenty of autonomy, big budgets and the opportunity to influence the wider Paid Search offering, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

The Role

• Lead Paid Search strategy and performance across major retail accounts
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of Paid Performance specialists
• Build strong senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner
• Drive innovation, testing and automation to maximise campaign performance
• Collaborate with wider media teams to deliver integrated strategies
• Play a key role in new business pitches, account growth and developing the Paid Search offering

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Paid Search, ideally agency-side
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and Google Analytics
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Confident managing senior client relationships and presenting strategy
• A commercially minded, ambitious leader with a passion for innovation
