The role

You'll be responsible for the performance of the Depot ensuring that you create high quality and service results with your budget.

Leading a team to drive processes and improvement within a fast paced environment to ensure excellent service levels are being met.

Lead, manage, and support a team to achieve operational goals.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Monitor and manage depot budgets effectively.

Maintain accurate records of operations and performance metrics.

Develop and implement strategies for improving operational processes.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining an effective leadership team

Maintaining the operational performance of the Depot.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in logistics or transport and distribution operations.

Strong communication and interaction skills required.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the logistics sector.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage budgets and analyse performance data.

Experience: Has run a night operation in the logistics sector - essential.

The courage to make difficult decisions when required.

A great leader of people with an eye for detail.

Hours are 6pm until 4am
