Learning and Development Consultant - #2189988

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading global business, that are currently seeking a Learning & Development Consultant - Instructional Designer to join them on a 6 month FTC.

This role will be based in Manchester, with office presence required 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £55,000

As a successful Learning & Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the Sales team and L&D managers to ascertain what areas of support is required, and where gaps of training is required.
• Design, build and implement the learning content, including e learning modules, and how to videos
• Support with any teething, troubleshooting issues

The ideal Learning & Development Consultant will have experience in the following:

• Proven instructional designer experience, creating practical and outcome focused learning resources
• Proficient in using digital learning tools including Articulate and Synthesia
• Be able to work collaboratively and support senior stakeholders across the business
