Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Manchester. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who can provide high-quality classroom support and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development from day one.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and within whole-class lessons
Assist class teachers with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Help children remain focused, motivated and engaged throughout the school day
Deliver targeted intervention sessions where required
Support pupils with additional learning needs and SEND requirements
Foster a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff and wider school teams
Follow all safeguarding, behaviour and school policies

Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Requirements

Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
Two professional references covering the last two years
Clear CV history with explanations for any employment or study gaps
A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is essential
Previous experience working with primary-aged children is essential
Experience within a UK primary school setting is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
