I'm working with a market-leading building services engineering contractor who is looking to strengthen its BIM and Digital Engineering capability across several locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business delivering complex building services projects, with a strong focus on technical design, installation, coordination and offsite manufacturing.
I'm particularly keen to speak with professionals who have experience in:
MEP / Building Services BIM Coordination
Revit MEP modelling and technical design
Stage 4 design and detailed coordination
Mechanical and Electrical installations
Ductwork, pipework, cable containment and plant coordination
Prefabrication and offsite manufacturing
Navisworks, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
Producing coordinated models and fabrication-ready drawings
Who would be a good fit?
People who understand that BIM isn't just about producing a model, but how that model translates into real-world installation, coordination and manufacture.
I'm interested in hearing from BIM Coordinators, BIM Technicians, MEP Modellers and experienced Building Services professionals.
Locations: Bristol, Manchester and Leeds
