Customer Success Manager – Remote (UK) | £50,000+ DOE

You've built your experience in pharma, you love working with clients, and now you want a role where you can make a real impact. What you'll be doing

• Onboarding new pharmaceutical clients and becoming their trusted point of contact
• Delivering demos, training and support to everyone from individual users to senior leaders
• Keeping track of how your clients are getting on, and solving issues before they grow
• Growing your accounts across brands, teams and markets, and supporting renewals
• Helping create case studies, presentations and client communications

Is this you?

• You have at least three years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• You've worked in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services
• You communicate and present with confidence
• You're commercially minded and proactive

Your character matters just as much as your CV. You're ambitious and personable, you take ownership, and you go the extra mile for your clients.

Core hours are 9am to 5pm, but because the role is global and client-facing, you'll need flexibility and commitment. You'll thrive here if you're driven, enjoy hard work and are happy to put in extra hours when your clients need you.

Where you'll be based

You'll work remotely from anywhere in the UK, spending four days a week at home and one day at client sites. Being within travelling distance of Manchester and the surrounding areas is a bonus, but if you have the right experience, your location won't hold you back.
