The Opportunity

A highly-prestigious agency with a hugely impressive client list is looking for a Programmatic Manager to take ownership of its programmatic activity across some of the most recognisable brands around. You’ll shape strategy, run campaigns hands-on, and be the person clients trust to make their media work harder.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning, executing and optimising programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs and formats
• Owning day-to-day performance, from setup and pacing to reporting and optimisation
• Developing smart audience, targeting and measurement strategies that tie back to client goals
• Managing relationships with clients, publishers and platform partners
• Presenting results and insights with confidence, translating the data into clear next steps
• Keeping an eye on market shifts, new formats and emerging tech, and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where needed

What you’ll bring

• Proven programmatic experience within an agency or similar environment
• Hands-on DSP expertise, including YouTube and Google platforms
• Solid experience with Teads and LADbible, plus working knowledge of GumGum
• A strong grasp of audience strategy, brand safety, viewability and attribution
• An analytical mindset, comfortable in the numbers and able to tell the story behind them
• Excellent communication skills and the polish to work with senior clients
• A proactive, curious approach and the drive to keep learning
