Are you a Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience, looking to join a rapidly expanding company offering specialist training, exciting career development opportunities and a clear pathway into a management position?

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen design projects from initial concept through to completion, producing high-quality technical drawings and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead and manage a team of five, driving performance, achieving targets and maintaining exceptional standards of design and project delivery.

Established over 30 years ago, this ambitious and rapidly growing company has built a strong reputation within the commercial catering industry. With exciting plans to expand its workforce, strengthen its client base and grow its portfolio, they are now looking to appoint a Design Manager to play a key role in driving business growth.

This role would suit a Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience, looking to step into a managerial position and take full autonomy of the design team.

The Role:

• Managing design Projects and drawing designs for kitchens
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget
• Managing a team of 5
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
