A fantastic opportunity is available for a qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established team in Manchester.
You will handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, working with clients and medical experts to pursue appropriate outcomes while developing your expertise in this specialist area.
Strong hybrid working mix available!
The Role- Manage clinical negligence claims from initial instruction to conclusion.
- Investigate liability, assess damages and progress claims.
- Liaise with clients, experts and other legal professionals.
- Provide clear advice and excellent client care.
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence - from NQ through to Associate / Partner level considered.
- Strong legal analysis, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service to clients.
