The Role
You will support the delivery of a broad range of projects throughout the North West, providing both pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.Responsibilities include:
- Preparing cost plans and cost estimates
- Cost modelling and feasibility studies
- Tender documentation and procurement advice
- Contract administration and cost reporting
- Change management and final accounts
- Supporting project delivery from inception through completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working within NEC and JCT contract environments
- Supporting senior team members on complex commissions
- Contributing to business development and client growth opportunities
About You
- Consultancy Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experience
- Strong pre-contract and post-contract knowledge
- NEC experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Aspirations to become MRICS qualified
- Experience of Cost X software advantageous
