Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate – Manchester

A leading global law firm is looking for a Senior Associate with non-contentious Construction experience to join its growing Manchester team. You’ll work on a varied caseload with plenty of direct client contact, and have the chance to build your own network and play a real part in the team’s continued growth.

The team

The firm’s Construction & Engineering practice is highly regarded nationally and internationally. The team advises developers, investors, funders, contractors and occupiers throughout the lifecycle of a project, from inception and procurement through to delivery, and helps find solutions when projects don’t go to plan.

• Contracts: all standard UK forms, including JCT and NEC4, alongside international forms such as FIDIC, IChemE and bespoke turnkey contracts
• Sectors: office and mixed use, residential, energy and power, transport and logistics, and sport and stadia

About you

• Experience in non-contentious Construction law at Associate or Senior Associate level
• A commercial, confident and proactive approach
• Strong people skills and a team-player mindset
• An interest in business development and building client relationships
