Are you a Full Stack Developer looking to work on a variety of exciting digital projects, develop your technical skills and become part of a collaborative development team?

We're working with an established digital agency that partners with a diverse range of organisations to design, build and deliver bespoke digital solutions. From sophisticated websites and web applications to wider digital platforms, the team works across a variety of projects, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on delivering great results for clients.

They're now looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join their growing development team, contributing to projects for existing clients while continuing to build their technical experience.

The Opportunity

You'll work within a small, collaborative team, contributing to the development of digital solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Working closely with developers, project teams and clients, you'll help turn requirements into practical, high-quality functionality. You'll be involved throughout the development lifecycle, from building new features through to testing, deployment and ongoing improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and wants to develop their skills within an environment that actively encourages learning and progression.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining web applications using C#, Microsoft .NET and .NET Core.

  • Building and integrating APIs and working with SQL Server databases.

  • Creating engaging, responsive front-end experiences using JavaScript, TypeScript and React.

  • Working with content management systems, particularly Umbraco and Kentico.

  • Collaborating within small, agile development teams to deliver projects for a varied client base.

  • Participating in code reviews, testing and continuous integration and deployment processes.

  • Working with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

  • Taking ownership of your work while continually developing your technical knowledge.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in developers with approximately 2-5 years of commercial experience who are comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development.

Ideally, you'll bring experience with several of the following:

  • C# and Microsoft .NET / .NET Core.

  • ASP.NET MVC and Web API.

  • SQL Server and database development.

  • JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • React or other modern front-end frameworks.

  • HTML, CSS and SASS.

  • Umbraco, Kentico or another content management system.

  • Git or other source control platforms.

  • Unit testing, automated testing and CI/CD practices.

You'll also need:

  • A relevant degree, ideally at 2:1 level or above.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering quality work.

  • The ability to manage changing priorities and work across multiple projects.

  • A genuine interest in learning new technologies and developing your career.

Previous experience working within a digital agency, software consultancy or client-focused development environment would be particularly advantageous.

What's On Offer?

  • Salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience.

  • Opportunity to work on varied digital projects for established organisations.

  • A friendly, collaborative development environment.

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Exposure to a modern Microsoft technology stack and specialist CMS platforms.

  • The opportunity to take ownership of projects and develop your technical expertise.

  • Permanent position with a supportive team environment.

Interested?

If you're a Full Stack Developer looking for your next challenge and want to work on varied projects within a team that values technical development, collaboration and quality, we'd love to hear from you.
