Digital Product Manager - Insurance, UCD, SDLC, Agile

Manchester / Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Digital Product Manager with demonstrated ability to lead Digital teams from concept through Product Discovery, Validation and Delivery, with good understanding of User Centred Design (UCD), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and expertise in Agile methodologies within complex and regulated environments.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with demonstrated ability to lead Digital teams from concept through Product Discovery, Validation and Delivery
• Good understanding of User Centred Design (UCD), the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and expertise in working in Agile methodologies within complex, regulated environments
• Proficiency in Product Management tools (Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Amplitude etc)
• Ability to articulate and drive the Product Roadmap and Outcomes
• Deep understanding of measuring and optimising customer journeys and features through data insights
• Strong communication and motivational skills with ability to get the best out of a squad
• Ability to define the Strategy for the Digital Product squad, in collaboration with cross-functional team members, ensuring it aligns with both user needs and business objectives
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working
