Senior Recruitment Consultant - Housing Sector - #2185022

Bristol, Manchester or Remote UK | Up to £45,000 Basic + Up to 25% Commission

Lowen Talent is working exclusively with one of the UK's leading public sector recruitment companies to appoint an experienced Housing Recruitment Consultant.

With a turnover exceeding £60m, the business has an excellent reputation across the public sector and has received numerous awards, including CEO of the Year, Best Place to Work and Platinum Investors in People.

We're looking for an established Housing Recruitment Consultant to join a small team, working directly alongside the Associate Director to further develop the division.

This role will suit someone who already knows the housing market, has an established network of clients and is confident in their ability to generate business from day one.

The Role

You'll be joining an established business with the infrastructure, resources and reputation to support your billings, whilst retaining the autonomy that comes with working in a smaller team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing your own housing recruitment desk.
• Building on existing client relationships and introducing new business through your established network.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
• Developing relationships across housing associations, local authorities and the wider housing sector.
• Working closely with the Associate Director to identify opportunities for growth.
• Consistently delivering against agreed billing targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' proven billing experience within housing recruitment.
• An established black book of clients and strong relationships within the housing sector.
• A demonstrable track record of generating revenue and developing business.
• Strong knowledge of the housing recruitment market.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
• Someone commercially minded, proactive and confident in their ability to hit the ground running

We're particularly interested in speaking with consultants who have an established client network and are looking for a business where they can continue billing without unnecessary restrictions.

Location

The business has offices in Bristol and Manchester, although we're open to speaking with experienced consultants based elsewhere in the UK.

For the right individual, a predominantly remote arrangement can be offered, with the expectation of attending an office a couple of times per month.
