Looking to start a career in business consulting and technology, but don't have previous tech experience?

At Sparta Global, we're looking for motivated people to join our Business Solutions Consulting Academy and build a career working with some of the UK's leading organisations.

For this Manchester intake, you'll have the opportunity to develop skills across business analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery and digital transformation, with an initial opportunity to work within Government Digital Services (GDS).

No previous technology experience or STEM degree is required. We're interested in your potential, communication skills, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you'll learn how to:

• Understand business challenges and translate them into clear requirements
• Work with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
• Analyse processes and recommend improvements
• Support technology and digital transformation projects
• Communicate ideas and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work collaboratively as part of client delivery teams

As your career develops, you could progress into roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, PMO Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Project Support.

1. Learn

Join Sparta Global as a salaried employee and complete 6–8 weeks of full-time, fully paid Academy training delivered by industry professionals.

2. Deploy

After successfully completing training, you'll join one of our client organisations as a Sparta Global consultant, putting your skills into practice on real projects.

3. Grow

You'll work with Sparta clients for up to 24 months, with continued development, upskilling and performance-based salary reviews. You may then have the opportunity to join your client permanently.

This opportunity is based in Manchester, and you must be comfortable working on-site when required.

Sparta Global works with clients across the UK, so geographical flexibility and a willingness to commute or relocate for future client assignments are important. Remote work cannot be guaranteed.
