Pay Rate: £16.01 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 12 months from start date
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (60% office attendance required)
Clearance Required: CTC Clearance

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for 8 Administrative Support Officers (AO)

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong administrative, organisational and communication skills. You'll play a key role in supporting casework processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Administrative Reviews within required timescales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Manage correspondence and enquiries, accurately recording and uploading relevant documentation.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with established processes.
• Process rejection and withdrawal cases while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
• Support bail case management activities, including monitoring deadlines and reviewing case statuses.
• Provide administrative support using Home Office systems, including ATLAS, to maintain accurate case records.
• Work to productivity and quality targets while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Working Hours

• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
