Onboarding Agent
Red Recruitment is recruiting an Onboarding Agent to join our client, a leading training provider, on a hybrid basis from their Manchester office.
You will support learners right at the start of their apprenticeship journey, guiding them from application through to their start date and ensuring a smooth and welcoming pre-start experience.
This is an opportunity for someone with great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
Benefits and Package for an Onboarding Agent:
- Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Location: Manchester - hybrid working
Key Responsibilities of an Onboarding Agent:
- Manage learners through the pre-start process from application to start date
- Speaking to both learners and their referees
- Assisting learners with any queries ensuring a great learner experience
- Completing all required documentation to deadlines
- Working with colleagues, managers and other internal stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience of an Onboarding Agent:
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- A love of managing multiple tasks to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience within apprenticeships or education is desirable but not essential
