Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail business at its Trafford flagship store in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an operationally focused retail leader who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment. Supporting the wider management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the store is fully prepared for trade each day, leading teams, driving operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

From coordinating daily priorities and managing stock flow to supporting team deployment and maintaining outstanding store standards, this is a hands-on leadership role where organisation, pace and attention to detail are essential.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a retail leadership role such as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager or Operations Manager.

• A strong operational mindset, with experience managing deliveries, stock flow, replenishment and store standards.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading and developing teams to deliver strong performance.

• Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales targets and KPIs.

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front.

• Experience within fashion, footwear, accessories or high-volume retail would be advantageous.
