Our client is a market leading, global TMC, with values based on compassion and service and as their impressive growth continues, they’re now looking to add even more Business Travel Consultants to their home-based team.

If you have business travel reservations experience (and solid GDS/fares knowledge), along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

On offer is a competitive starting salary up to £30k plus monthly bonus and an extensive benefits package inc. 32 days holiday (plus an additional half day for your birthday) private medical cover, life assurance scheme and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

Role of Business Travel Consultant:

• Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base
• Arranging and booking complex flight itineraries
• Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels
• Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients

Skills required for the role:

• Previous experience in a business travel reservations role - essential
• Proficiency on a GDS – Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre - essential
• Good worldwide geographical knowledge
• Strong organisational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
