The Talent Partner will own the candidate side of recruitment, working on live vacancies across the UK and US while dedicated colleagues handle the client relationships.

Role Highlights

• Get stuck into live recruitment projects from day one. No waiting around for someone to win business.
• Hunt down exceptional talent across AI, cybersecurity, software engineering and sales.
• Own the candidate journey, from that first message through to interviews and offers.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters who handle the client side, leaving you free to focus on delivery.
• Make placements, earn commission and build a reputation as someone who knows their market inside out.

You Will Need

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, whether agency-side or in-house.
• Some exposure to tech, software, engineering or sales recruitment.
• A genuine love for sourcing, headhunting and finding people others can't.
• The ability to juggle multiple vacancies without dropping the ball.
• Energy, curiosity, emotional intelligence and a willingness to learn from people who know their stuff.
