Senior Quantity Surveyor - #2183597

Location: Manchester

Rate: £500–£600 per day

Contract: Outside IR35

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to
provide commercial and cost-management support across district
heating and low-carbon infrastructure projects, ensuring
effective cost control, forecasting and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project budgets, cost plans, cash-flow forecasts and
commercial reporting, identifying risks and opportunities
* Oversee procurement activities, including supplier evaluations,
subcontract negotiations and supply agreements
* Administer NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts, managing variations,
compensation events, valuations, applications for payment and
final accounts
* Work closely with project, engineering and commercial teams to
manage project costs, maintain accurate records and support
effective delivery
