Having achieved 100% revenue growth over the past 5 years, this ambitious group is targeting a further doubling in size. It now needs an experienced finance leader to transform the people, processes, systems and data that will support those plans.
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you’ll lead the programme from initial assessment through to implementation, working across Finance and the wider business.
The opportunity
The business has grown quickly, with teams, processes and systems developing along the way. There is now an opportunity to rethink how they work together, strengthen financial control and deliver more timely, reliable information.
You’ll assess the current operating model, establish the underlying causes of existing challenges and build a practical, prioritised transformation roadmap. You’ll then lead its delivery, bringing colleagues together around clear responsibilities and measurable improvements.
Your remit will include:
About you
You’ll be a qualified accountant with strong financial control experience and a track record of delivering meaningful change.
You may already lead finance transformation, or be an FD or senior finance leader who has delivered substantial improvements alongside broader responsibilities.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, confidently challenging established practices while building relationships and bringing people with you. An interest in emerging technology, including the practical application of AI within Finance, will be valuable.
Experience within a growing, operationally complex business would be particularly relevant.
