FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a fast-growing media and advertising business with the recruitment of a Media Sales Manager.

Permanent, full-time position based in Manchester.

Salary

From £35,000 basic salary + car allowance + bonus scheme + additional benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced advertising sales professional to join a growing media business, developing new clients while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell advertising solutions across traditional and digital media channels
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts
• Generate new business through proactive sales activity
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for prospective customers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
• Produce regular sales forecasts and activity updates
• Work closely with internal sales support and marketing teams
• Develop strong knowledge of the market and competitor activity
• Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within media, advertising or digital sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong new-business development and account-management skills
• Confident, proactive and commercially driven approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ambitious and motivated by career progression and earning potential
