Hazaar is a fast growing student fashion community connecting students with the brands they love.

We reach millions of 18-25 year olds through social first content, student creators and campus experiences, working with brands including Urban Outfitters, Hollister and Jaded London.

We're a small, ambitious team with big plans, and we're looking for a Senior Influencer Executive to build and lead our creator strategy.

Our ambition is to make Hazaar the biggest influencer in the student space. Creators will play a huge part in getting us there.

We're looking for someone who understands the creator economy, has an eye for emerging talent and knows how to turn great relationships into successful partnerships.

You'll take ownership of our creator strategy, building a core team of creators who represent Hazaar alongside a wider network of talent we can activate across campaigns.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be responsible for developing the vision, building relationships and making it happen.

• Creator strategy: Building and executing a creator strategy that drives Hazaar's growth, influence and commercial success.
• Talent discovery: Identifying emerging creators, spotting rising talent early and bringing the right people into the Hazaar community.
• Creator network: Building a core team of Hazaar creators alongside a wider network of talent across the UK student market.
• Relationship management: Developing strong, long-term relationships with creators, managing everything from outreach and onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Brand partnerships: Working with leading brands including Urban Outfitters, Hollister and Cotton On to deliver successful creator campaigns.
• Performance and insights: Using data to identify creators who drive awareness, engagement and sales, and applying those learnings to future campaigns.
• Campaign execution: Managing creator briefs, deliverables, timelines and content to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Team growth: Helping shape the creator function, with the opportunity to build and manage your own team as Hazaar grows.

We're looking for someone who loves people, understands creators and is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

You'll be:

• Experienced in influencer marketing or creator management, with a strong understanding of the creator landscape.
• A strategic thinker and executor, able to develop a plan and take ownership of making it happen.
• Naturally personable, with excellent communication skills and an ability to build genuine relationships.
• Commercially minded and data-driven, understanding how creators contribute to both brand awareness and sales.
• Highly organised, confident managing multiple creators, campaigns and deadlines at once.
• Culturally switched on, with a great eye for emerging talent, social trends and what's relevant to Gen Z.
• Ambitious and proactive, excited to take responsibility and grow with the business.

Previous experience working with creators and delivering influencer campaigns is essential.
