The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.

Working hours are;

Monday to Friday working 14.00-22.00 with additional flexibility where required.

You will be a trained and experienced butcher with:
